Re: Resolution for multi-year agreement
The Department of Finance seeks to enter into a lease agreement for a five-year term,
with the option to renew the lease for two additional five-year terms to utilize the premise
as a storage facility for various County departments and agencies.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a five-year, multi-year lease
agreement with options with Milo Storage, LLC, for approximately 800 square feet of
warehouse space. The estimated cost is $944 per month for the first year with a 3%
increase per year thereafter.
