Re: Resolution No. 496-24, Draft 2; Contingency Relief Funds (Council District 2)
Attached is Resolution No. 496-24, Draft 2. Resolution No. 496-24 was amended with the
contents of Communication No. 835.1 and duly approved by the Council on June S, 2024.
The Council voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rules of Procedure and Organization of
the Council, which requires that final action on amended legislation be taken at its next regular
meeting, and adopted Resolution No. 496-24, as amended to Draft 2.
