SUBJECT: Transmitting Bill No. 152, Draft 2; An Ordinance Amending Chapter 5, Article 1,
Article 4, and Article 7, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2016 Edition, as
Amended), Relating to Pie -Approved Plans for Residential Dwellings.
Attached please find Bill No. 152, Draft 2. During its meeting on June 5, 2024, the Council
amended Bill No. 152 with the contents of Communication No. 822.7, resulting in this Draft 2.
The Council then voted to pass Bill No. 152, as amended to Draft 2, on first reading.
