XVI of the Hawaii County Charter(2022 Edition), Relating to the
Windward and Leeward Planning Commissions.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 145, Draft 3. At its meeting on June 5, 2024,the Council
amended Bill No. 145, Draft 2, with the contents of Communication Nos. 796.12 and 796.13,
resulting in the attached Draft 3.
The Council then voted to pass Bill No. 145, as amended to Draft 3, on first reading.
