Subject: Bill 140-24, Transfer Station schedule

I strongly support the Kalapana Transfer station to be opened more than one day a
week. There is a large demand and because it went from being open all week to just one
day, people are dumping piles of trash in front of the locked gate on days off. 3-4 days a
week would be perfect....
