Subject: Transfer Station at Kalapana Bill 140-24
Aloha;
I support Bill 140-24 which provides at least a two day availability for the above transfer station. I would also request that
it be open three days to be at least on par with the transfer stations located in Puako,Waiahino and Honomu.
My name is Richard Higgins and I live at 12-7109 Punakai Street in Puna Beach Palisades and own said property.
