Aloha,
I am live in Opihikao in lower Puna. I strongly support this Bill 140-24 to increase operations of the
Kalapana transfer station.This transfer station serves more residents than other transfer stations on the
island that operate 3 days a week. In fairness the Kalapana transfer station should be open at least 2
days a week, preferably 3. In addition please bring back the recycling bins for glass and cardboard.
