to whom it may concern:
i wish to make the following statement on behalf of myself, my community, and the natural environment.
if it is not blatantly obvious already, EVERY IMPEDIMENT TO WASTE DISPOSAL RESULTS IN AN INCREASE
IN ILLEGAL DUMPING.
furthermore, residents should be made well aware of the hours of operation through every means
possible.
