Aloha,
I am a resident of the Red Road area (Puna Beach Palisades)for the past 19 years. Our community would so greatly
appreciate and utilize at least one more service day per week. My husband and I work odd hours and long shifts on
Maunakea so it is very hard to time our runs to the transfer station.We often have to drive our trash into Pahoa or
Kea'au on the way up the mountain, but then are stuck with our stinky trash cans in the back of our vehicles for days
while we work. Having at least one more day a week would really improve our quality of life. Recycling and cardboard
would also be a huge help!!
