Subject: Kalapana transfer station
The Kalapana transfer station needs to be open more than once a week. I have lived here long enough to remember
it being open daily. Higher taxes yet diminution of services. It is an unhealthy and unsightly mess to see piles of trash
left outside the gate of the transfer station daily and to find the dumpster already full on Saturday morning.
