Subject: NO to the Development up Lako Street
Aloha All
We stand in OPPOSITION to the development up Lako Street. There are so many reasons, however,we
will outline the main ones below:
1. Their affordable housing commitment has not been fulfilled
2. There are numerous cultural sites stat need to be preserved for the generations to follow us
3. There are two major flood channels running straight through the
property runoff jeopardizes the health and safety of everyone
4. The current infrastructure is not able to handle high density townhomes of this nature
5. This company did not play fair in their ongoing attempts to gain another time extension r=,
6. This project does not align with our communities needs
7. There will be a NEGATIVE impact if this project gets the green light.
