enhanced public transportation options, and improved utility services. These enhancements will not
only support the new development but also provide lasting benefits to existing residents, improving
their quality of life and fostering greater connectivity within the community.
Addressing Opponent's Concerns:
Infrastructure Support: Contrary to the claim that there is insufficient infrastructure, Kona Three's
project includes comprehensive plans to enhance and expand local infrastructure. These improvements
are designed to meet the needs of the new development and benefit the entire community.
Cultural Considerations: Kona Three has taken significant steps to address cultural issues, ensuring that
the project respects and preserves the unique cultural heritage of Kona. Community engagement
sessions and collaborations with local cultural leaders have been integral to the planning process.
Lifestyle Impact:The project is designed to enhance, not detract from, the Kona lifestyle. By providing
local housing for workers, reducing commute times, and adding community-focused amenities, the
project aims to improve the overall quality of life for all residents.
Mahalo for your consideration.
