Subject: Oppose Bill 169, Kona Three LLC
I oppose Bill 169 for the major reasons listed below.
• Infrastructure missing and inadequate for future development such as Kona Three LLC, or in need of
repair for existing homes
• Development is in a flood plain
• Increased traffic for which no plans or funding exist or are available to accommodate the issues the
development will cause
• Cultural Resources Commission has already concluded "due to historic and cultural significance of the
property,the CRC recommends the property be preserved in perpetuity"
