Subject: Bill 169- Kona Three LLC Zone Amendment Application (PL-REZ-2022-000033)
I oppose Kona Three, LLC's Change of Zone Amendment Application (PL-REZ-2022-000033) and support the Cultural
Resources Commission's recommendation that due to the historic and cultural significance of the property,the property
be preserved in perpetuity.
Any added traffic on Queens Hwy is bad enough and any through Pualani Estates would further erode Quality of Life
issues in our neighborhood.Also with all the youth activities at the local park generally year round with the added traffic,
more accidents will occur.
