SUBJECT: Transmits Resolution No. ,Draft 2; a Resolution
Transferring/Appropriating an Appropriation Out and from a Designated Fund
Account and Crediting Same to a Designated Fund to Provide a Grant to The
Waimea Hawaiian Homesteaders Association Inc. to purchase a Bronze Plaque
for The James "Jimmy" Correa Ballfteld at Dr. Francis F. C. Wong Stadium.
Transmitted Herewith is Resolution No. 527-24, Draft 2. At its meeting on June 5, 2024, the
Council amended Resolution No. 527-24 with the contents of Communication No. 888.1,
resulting in this Draft 2.
The Council members voted to suspend Rule No. 23-1(d) of the Rule of Procedure and
Organization of the Council, which requires the holdover of a substantively amended resolution
and adopted Resolution No. 527-24, as amended to Draft 2.
