a 2010 — County of Hawal'i WUD,P approved
0 2017 — WTI DP Update for Keauhou Aquifer approved by CWRM but
not adopted.
a November 2021 - DWS and CIM presented the KeaUhou (2017)
WUDP to Council's Regenerative Agriculture, Water, Energy &
Environmental Management committee. CWRM stated that the 2017
Keauhou WUDP met the statutory requirements of the HRS. However,
Council did not adopt the WUDP subject to DWS incorporating other
pUblic (but not reqUired) comments.
0 December 2021 — CWRM provided DWS with additional proposed
revisions to incorporate into the Keauhou WUDP. DWS disagreed with
CWRM on these additional revisions because other entities are
required to complete these revisions.

DWS' Next Steps for WUDq
DWS to revise WUDP due to time that has passed since previous update
completed.
Preliminary scope of work for WUDP update
6 Task 1 — Data collection and research with other agencies such as, but
not limited to, County Planning, DHHL, DLNR, DBEDT, etc. Review
updated data and plans/components of the Hawal'i Water Plan (Le
2019 Water Resource Protection Plan, etc.) Community meetings to
gather information and present draft WUDP,
0 Task 2 - Keauhou aquifer update

Task 4 — Review other aquifers based on 2019 WIRPP
