We are writing to you to let you know that we strongly oppose Bill 169, Kone Three LLC.
To put in a 450 unit subdivision originally approved in 1984, which would include STVRs, would put
too much traffic on Kuakini Highway, which already gets gridlocked, there are no plans or funding to
widen this street, with no insight into infrastructure to accommodate overpopulation of this area. This
subdivision of 450 unitis that would use small neighborhood streets, would make it unsafe and
increased traffic gridlock for police, fire and medical.
With 450 additional units' wastewater flowing into the current system, which is already at capacity,
cannot possibly handle 450 new unit's using the same wastewater system.
Our schools cannot simply absorb the number of students who would occupy the development. The
area already has schools at full capacity.
This is just a few of our opposing thoughts on Bill 169. Please take into consideration our
opposition.
