Subject: Opposed to Bill 169. 10 year time extension, as well as Motion to Pass
Honorable County Council:
I object to the Royal Vistas Housing Project as the Cultural Resources Commision
declared this site should remain undeveloped in perpetuity, to its extension, which the
Leeward Planning Commission gave an unfavorable recommendation, and to Ms Loy's
and Ms Kierkiewicz's Motion to pass Bill 169 at its first reading.
