RE: RES 543-24 &RES 544-24

Aloha,
My name is Cindy Freitas and I'm a Native Hawaiian descended of the native inhabitants of Hawai'i
prior to 1778 and born and raised in Hawai'i.
I am also a practitioner who still practice the cultural traditional customary practices that was instill in
me by my grandparents at a young age from mauka(MOUNTAIN TO SEA)to makai in many areas.
I OPPOSE both Res 543-24 & Res 544-24 for the following reason:
1. Admission Act the people of the LAND did not relinquish their claim to the land.
2. Their is NO title search to these land . The County is obligate to do a TITLE SEARCH.
3. By Dedication of theses ROADWAY for lot 369 and Royal patent 4475 in this area it will have an
irreversible affect on native endanger species and plants that have their habitat living in these area.
4. It will have an irreversible affect on pre-historic and pre-contact on native Hawaiian properties in
this area.
5. It will take out the rain line is this should happen.
