Classification from Agricultural—20 Acres (A-20a)to Family Agricultural—5
Acres (FA-5a) at North Kona, Hawai`i, Covered by Tax Map Key: 7-3-024:003.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 166, Draft 2. During its meeting on June 18, 2024, the
Legislative Approvals and Acquisitions Committee amended Bill No. 166 with the contents of
Communication No. 885.1, then forwarded Bill No. 166, as amended to Draft 2,to Council with
a negative recommendation.
