Esteemed Members of the Board and our Moku,
I have lived in Puna close to two decades now and humbly ask you to approve at least three days a week
to keep our transfer stations open, especially the one in Kaimu, as there are some troubled folks there
who leave their opala in front of the gate when it's closed!
