Re: Resolution for multi-year agreement
The Office of Housing and Community Development seeks to enter into a lease
agreement for five-years to utilize the premises for office space.
Enclosed is a resolution authorizing the County to enter into a five-year, multi-year lease
agreement with Kaneshiro and Sons Enterprise, Limited and Glenn Kaneshiro
Partnership, for Unit G, Suite 107, identified as a portion of Tax Map Key (3) 2-2-
040:036. The estimated cost is $1,827.20 per month for approximately 687 square feet of
office space..
