Evans, Galimba Inaba, Kagiwada, Kierkiewicz, Lee Loy and Chair Kimball—7. NOES: None.

Ordinance 24-30 (Bill 147): An Ordinance amending Chapter 24, Article 10, Division 5, Section 24-
279, Schedule 27 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2016 edition, as amended), relating to Parking on
Pavement Prohibited at All Times. AYES: Council Members Evans, Galimba Inaba, Kagiwada,
