Contingency Relief funds from Council District 1 will be appropriated to the Department of
Parks and Recreation to provide a grant to Hawaiian Canoe Racing Association (HCRA), for its
zero waste initiatives at the International Va`a Federation (IVF) World Sprint Championship in
Hilo.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the transfer of $4,000 from the Clerk -Council Services —
Contingency Relief account to the following account and project:
