This is to propose the following changes to Bill 217, Draft 2:

The intent of this proposal is to reduce the vacation payout account by $375,000 and to distribute
it as follows:
1. Mass Transit's OCE Miscellaneous Contract Services account for HCEOC Disabled
Transportation
2. Corporation Counsel's OCE Travel/Conference account for training and education
3. Research and Development's Tourism Promotion Miscellaneous Contract Services account
4. Council's Contingency Relief account
