SUBJECT: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO ENTER
INTO NEGOTIATIONS FOR THE ACQUISITION OF LANDS AND/OR A
CONSERVATION EASEMENT FOR ALL OR A PORTION OF THE
PROPERTY IDENTIFIED AS TAX MAP KEYS: (3) 7-6-021:016 AND 017,
SITUATED IN HOLUALOA, DISTRICT OF NORTH KONA, UTILIZING
THE PUBLIC ACCESS, OPEN SPACE, AND NATURAL RESOURCES
PRESERVATION FUND.
Attached is a resolution authorizing the Director of Finance to enter negotiations for the
acquisition of land and/or a conservation casement for all or a portion of the property identified
as tax neap keys: (3) 7-6-021:016 and 17 situated in H61ualoa, District of North Kona, utilizing
the Public Access, Open Space, and Natural Resources Preservation Fund.
We are requesting that this resolution be placed on the next available Committee Meeting
agenda.
