Aloha,
We, the People of Hawaii island STRONGLY OPPOSE Bills 121, 122, 123.
These bills are Unconstitutional attempts to erode private property rights. These Unconstitutional Bills
constitute a Taking from private land owners and and negatively impact general welfare of Hawaii
residents and visitors alike.
