These bills will hurt farmers and other local people who need the extra income of renting their property. It
also hurts the farmers who need free and cheap labor i.e, woofers to keep their farms going. It is
designed to help the Big resorts who can afford the fees etc.
Please, do whats right for the people of Hawaii.'
