Strongly oppose Bills 121, 122 and 123
"I'liese bills are U11COIlStitUtional. When you took your oath of office, You PrOrniSed You would uphold
Our beloved US Constitution, A property owner has the right to do whatever they want on their
property, This inCILICIeS short term rentals as well as hosting an event. To think that YOU Will tax this
is beyond my comprehension.
I'liese bills will severely impact. farmers and property owners that are trying try Survive in these
difficult economic Limes. I"veryone has felt the devastation of the lockdowns and mandates. Hawaii
is finally getting back on their feet.
Now the County council wants to take that away and not let people do what they want on their own
prol')erty.
I strongly urge you to vote against these Outrageous bills.
