This allows me to buy groceries and eat at my home away from home. I could not afford to stay in a hotel and eat out every meal. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF TOURISTS LIKE ME. We spend money and help the local economy. We also pay sales taxes and taxes at our short term rental. Are you willing to give up this revenue for more government over reach? You have NO BUSINESS telling a property owner what they can do with their land. Short term rentals help the farmers and land owners to make ends meet, You were elected to represent all people on the island, not special interests. Taking this option away will destroy Hawaii tourism. It's illegal and unconstitutional. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for even proposing this. Please vote NO on bills 121, 122 and 123, t CD ) p Sincerely, Marybeth Smith C_') '_- 1 COM111. No. hTs, IN Ref. To:_ _ Ref. Dote UL ® 9 ,v, -i
