Appropriation of Funds to Nonprofit Organizations.
Transmitted herewith is Bill No. 176, Draft 2. During its meeting on July 9, 2024, the Committee
on Governmental Operations and External Affairs amended Bill No. 176 with the contents of
Communication No. 918.4, then forwarded Bill No. 176, as amended to Draft 2, to Council with
a positive recommendation.
