SUBJECT: Transmitting Resolution No. 548-24, Draft 2; a Resolution Requesting the Office
of the County Auditor to Conduct a Performance Audit of the Department of
Liquor Control to Ensure the Efficient Allocation and Utilization of Funds in
Compliance with Section 281-17.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
Transmitted herewith is Resolution No. 548-24, Draft 2. Resolution No. 548-24 was amended
with the contents of Communication No. 919.1 by the Committee on Governmental Operations
and External Affairs during its meeting on July 9, 2024. The Committee recommended its
adoption and forwarded Resolution No. 548-24, Draft 2, to Council.
