Some locals in Hawaii are trying to figure out how to remain here and not get priced out of their land. Many of them generate their income from their land. Having a Bed and Breakfast in their home or on their farm is one way to do that. Bills 121. 122. 123 are bordering on the crony capitalism we all hate. It's not fair. The winners of Bill 121, 122, 123 will be the big corps and resorts who can afford to hire people to deal with fees and red tape. Let the little mom and pops provide a more intimate experience for visitors to our CD islands. There is real value there. `= C' - , _.
