Bills 121, 122 and 123
Please accept this message as opposition to the three bills (121, 122, and 123) being considered.
As a small-scale farmer and and a community leader, it is critical that we do not put in place
cumbersome and expensive efforts for those affected.
If enactment were necessary, then you must make an exception for all fees and registration, rather than
still requiring complex hoops to jump through.
