Your consideration on banning vacation rental is unconstitutional and will destroy the incomes of many
But perhaps that is what you want like so many other Communists bent on destroying the free enterprise
system. Attacking the private citizens in this manner will come back to bite you in the butt! Many utilize
these private rentals are utilized because of the lower rates. If you ban these rentals those dollars will not
necessarily go to the larger corporate conglomerates. It will prevent many who do not have the dollars to
spend on the more expensive accomodatons from coming to Hawaii. It will have a sever impact on the
local economy and put many out of work. But again, this may be your objective, to restrict Hawaii for
the use of only the rich and famous and force many to sell their homes and properties at below market
value?
