Please be advised that I highly OPPOSE this Agenda to stop/control people from having their OWN business/Bed & Breakfast.
I have resided in Volcano, Hawaii since October 2019, since then I have been fortunate to live close to my sister and brother in law,
Shannon and Dan Fisher who own and run their bed & breakfast, Aloha Crater Lodge, where i have been employed for 5 years. This
proposal will be a detriment to people like me and my sister, please Vote No on this agenda, we are in No way taking away housing
from local people and as American citizens we should continue to be allowed to be Self Employed however we wish. My sister and
her husband has built their business for 20 years and have built a successful business, where they employ at least 5 family members,
we pay all taxes required.
Please also consider that I was a stay at home mom all through my 30 year marriage and turning my own home into a Bed & Breakfast
after my husband left me, afforded me a way to have my own business, help people, continue to raise my own children while working
from home, I became a Self Employed Successful Entrepeneur , 5 Star Super Host overnight! Without Air B&B and/or short term
vacation rentals I would have lost my million dollar home] !
Thank you very much for Voting NO on this Agenda and please continue tone support small Self Employed Bnsinesses!
