Subject: Oppose Bill 121, 122, 123
It makes sense to regulate the numbers of residentially zoned houses used for Air B&B and Short term
rentals and to charge a tax for people purchasing 2nd or 3rd homes for the purpose of converting these to
STR's. This removes housing from the market for locals.
These bills are different in that they target the people who are middle and lower income.
These bills will hurt farmers and other local people who need the extra income of renting
their property.
