My wife and I are part time residents of the island and home owners. Our home is also a registered transient accommodation. Over the past several months I have provided comments to the Planning Commission regarding Bill 121. Restatement of those comments is not required. Amendments 1-6 are important to Bill 121 and I support the bill provided Amendments 1-6, as drafted, are incorporated into the final bill. I specifically support: Amendment 1, Section 25-4-16.17 (2) G — Good Neighbor Standards, Quiet Hours between 10PM and SAM. Amendment 6, Section 2, pertaining to the definition of Transient Accommodation, retaining the duration of a transient accommodation being 30 days or less. I also ask that the committee consider the option of retaining the annual registration renewal fee while deleting the annual renewal fees for non -conforming use certificates. I would appreciate that receipt of this correspondence is acknowledged. r Sincerely, Richard Ingram F ' = y r , Comm. N . . H Ref. To: Ref. Dgfe U $ 2024
