We, the People of Hawaii island STRONGLY OPPOSE Bills 121,122,123.
These bills are Unconstitutional attempts to erode private property rights. These Unconstitutional Bills constitute a Taking from
private landowners and negatively impact generalwelfare of Hawaii residents and visitors alike.
