Subject: Bills 121, 122 and 123
I strongly oppose Bills 121, 122, and 123 regarding the exorbitant $2000 permit to rent an Ohana. If you keep
messing with landlords regarding fees and restrictions, your tourist activity will crash, and rents will continue to
increase so our local population will be homeless. Landlords have bills too including maintenance issues. The
landlords have to make ends meet plus a profit on their Investments. Otherwise why bother providing housing.
