[2tay Date J U L 1 0 2024 Aloha, I am a resident of Kalapana Seaview Estates, and I want to add my testimony and encouragement for the county council to increase the number of days the transfer station is open to two or even three days a week. Currently the place is not open often enough, and as a result people leave their trash outside the fence, which then is opened by rats, dogs, pigs, etc and causes a huge mess. Please hire more folks to open and monitor the station, so that we folks down here have more access to the service. Mahalo for your time and attention to this matter. Warmly, Eva Lyons Seaview resident, Hawaii voter Comm, N , Ref. To: Ref. DateJUL 1 0 NO
