Subject: Written Testimony for Sill 166
Aloha to whom it may concern,
I am writing to testify in favor of passing Bill 166.1 have been a part of this community for the last ten
Years and have been living in Hawaii for my whole life. I am also a fellow Kaloko resident. I have known
the landowners, Seth and Ryan, both personally and professionally for several years. They are
upstanding members who provide important services to the community. As long as I have known them,
they have had the community's best interest at heart. Not only do they vouch for the health of our
community, but they have conservation and sustainability in mind. They are business owners and have
established deep roots here on the island. I would love to see them flourish and continue to support this
community and with the passing of Bill 166 this is possible. As a fellow member of the community and
Kaloko resident, I would be more than happy to vouch for their character in any way necessary.
