Aloha,
My name is Anita Barker and I currently reside at Pualani Estates.
I am writing this to urge you to deny the request to extend the development for Kona Three
development. Developing a new property with 450 units in an already congested area is absolutely not a good
thing. The area has been developed, we have issues with water system, waste system, and current infrastructure
in general is not capable to sustain the additional exposure.
Yes, I agree that we need more housing. I heard someone in prior meetings that we are in a deficit. But we
need to fix the infrastructure first before additional development.
This extension has been rejected by the Cultural Resources Commission due to the significant archaeological
cultural and historical features on the land. I urge you to deny this extension.
