I am writing to oppose approval of development of Kona 3 LLC and bill
169. Specifically I am requesting Committee members Galimba, Kaneali`i- v-;
Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, and Lee Loy to change their vote and oppose bill 4=?
169. My resons to oppose this bill are related to the impact on the Y.) --
community infastructure related to traffic, water and sewage. These are
realistic and impactful concerns not to be dismissed for advancement of
development in Kona. Also this develpment of on a flood plain and water
fron the hill above result in a rushing river across the southern edge of the
developemnt. Thank you to members Evans, Kagiwada, Kimball,Villegas,
and Chair Inaba for standing with the community in opposing a 10-year
extension to a 40-year-old project.. Enough is enough, shut it down.
