It's crazy.There should be a limit on extensions.Whatever was okay in i:113 =z
1984 isn't likely to be okay even 10 years later. -=.)
Traffic is just one aspect that changes in ways that are difficult to predict. It's right in that area that traffic is awful, every
afternoon. Let's not add to that problem.
The water situation "ebbs and flows"and is likely to get worse. Not to mention possible problems with flooding,for
those people living below the development(how many times have we seen the 'unintended consequences?')
Plus, let's listen to the Cultural Resources Commission,as to preserving the land.
Adding to all of this,we are now just trying to figure out the dangers of wildfires. We've seen what can happen,and our
homes need to be protected before more homes are built, potentially in the path of more destruction.
Not saying there shouldn't be more development, but it can't be based on conditions that existed (or didn't exist)
decades ago.
