Dear Members of Hawai'i County Council,
Please do not extend any privileges of permit or time extensions to the Kona Three LLC partners.There
are simply too many concerns, costs, and hazards that development in this area will create for long time
kama'aina and newcomers alike. -
I am a 96-year-old lifelong resident of Kailua Kona and specifically Holualoa. My late husband, Mitsugi
Inaba,was always very active in caretaking our community. I am not able to attend your meeting in
person due to physical limitations at this time. But I know if my husband were alive he would agree with
me there are too many concerns related to infrastructure, open spaces being destroyed, and other
items.
Please listen to the community of concerned citizens.They are speaking for many of us that are unable to
attend and share our own thoughts with you directly.
I oppose any extensions or permits on this land in Kona. I oppose Bill 169 and related communications,
development on these lands and efforts.
