SUBJECT: Testimony Re: KV3 Development Application
This Property is a FLOODPLAIN. Houses built here will FLOOD. FLOODWATERS will flow down the mountain
over the houses. Check with HI County Engineering Department - they have the FACTS.
No developer can change the rainfall amounts or contain the FLOODWATERS within man made
boundaries. The FLOODWATERS know no boundaries.
Do not place unsuspecting homebuyers at risk. Knowing this FACT, it would be highly unethical to approve
the KV3-permit request.
