This letter is to oppose the above extension request. Committee members Galimba, Kaneali'i -
Kleinfelder, Kierkiewicz, and Lee Loy, we ask that you reconsider your vote and oppose this extension
request.
Regarding short term rentals,there's nothing stated to control what will be charged, nor stating this will
be affordable for locals. Very importantly, I believe this location is showing habitat loss,there can be
ongoing water shortages and it's located in a floodplain.As a result of the floodplain, what happens to
those living makai of this development?
This letter is to also thank committee members Villegas, Evans, kagiwada kimball and chair Inaba for
supporting our community in opposing the 10-year extension to the 40 year old project. Please STAY THE
COURSE!
