Dear Council Members,
I oppose any time or permit extensions for Kona Three LLC. Please respect the Community concerns and testimony as
well as the input from the County committees and commissions that have already reviewed and rejected any extensions
or considerations for Kona Three. Development in this area and on this land will be costly,damaging, and harmful to our
community now and into the future.
