Subject: Oppose Bill 169, Kona Three LLC
I oppose Bill 169, and do not think Kona Three should be given more time to complete their work. Enough
is enough. Long enough is long enough. We need to replan and be more thoughtful about the current
state of Kona before allowing this development to move forward. I am concerned that the sewer,water,
school, and traffic systems in place will not be able to handle additional burden. Please do not approve
this bill.
